BJ: As it turned out, we did need to go shopping, but before we went I showed Mer around my place. Just renting I told her, I haven't taken the time to look for anything to buy and then well . I don't spend much time here. My weekends are spent on the Whale. I do have a place there. By the way what do you think I should buy for groceries?
Mer: I had to smile; food? All depends, I looked through what he had. What do you usually eat when you're here?
BJ: Breakfast, mostly . Juice maybe beer or something alcoholic and snack stuff. My other meals are out. No lectures please.
Mercedes: The lecture wanted to happen sooo badly, but I suppressed it. How about this then, we'll go shopping, get you your junk food, and I'll send over some homemade stuff later on. We went shopping, bought all of his essentials, and I bought some things I would need for making him some real food when I got back home later tonight. I don't know what he's been eating for breakfast, but cereal was not going to cut it.
After putting his 'food' away, we walked to the park. Fed the birds, and played a game of tag, which ended with both of us nearly falling into the pond. It happened like this; Bj was it, and I hid behind one of the trees. He went to walk by, and I grabbed him around the waist, causing both of us to fall over. I kissed him, and went to get up, at which point, he grabbed my foot, and knocked me right back down. I couldn't stop laughing; and he kissed me now. We rested for a while, and it was time to head for home. I kissed him goodbye, and headed for home. I checked my messages on the way, and prayed not to hear one of my friends telling me that my choice of being involved with BJ was intolerable. I didn't, but the messages I did get weren't very pleasing either. I would be busy at the studio for weeks, starting tomorrow.
I went home, emptied out the groceries, and started cooking. When all was said and done, BJ would have enough junk and real food that he could just microwave when he wanted to last about a month. I sent it all over with a note, I would be in the studio for the next few weeks.
