BJ: I suppose I could have asked someone else, it would have been kinder. I thought again about how fragile she was . She needed me or someone like me right now. Are you alright now, I asked . I cared very much for her.

Mer: I took another deep breath, yea, I'm alright. Just awful hard to get used to.

BJ: About breakfast , umm what do you suggest?

Mer: Today, would have to be the pancakes, you change your mind about the eggs?

BJ: I looked at the pan on the stove and said yes , I think the pancakes would be much better. May I use your phone Mer, I need to make a call.
She gave me to ok and I dialed my number. Skyler, pick up honey it's Boyd. A few seconds and she picked up . She was cleaning and when she finished she said she would be strong enough to go back. She never said where back was. I asked her if She would ever let me know what this had been all about and she said she didn't think so . She loved me and thanked me for everything bye , talk again later. with that she hung up.
By that time Mer was telling me breakfast was served. While we ate I told her about my sister's visit. Since she seemed to have everything figured out I didn't think she would mind. Mer had seemed a little unsettled by my behavior so I thought it would relieve her to know the truth.
