That night, Char and I made the trek to our daughter's apartment. She had done an amazing job, though I did notice all the flowers...must be Eagle sent them. I laid eyes on my little girl, and she didn't seem so little, in fact, she looked so much like her mom, that I looked over at Char, and had to smile...her favorite smile that is. We had a dinner, and celebrated their engagement. It felt good to see Char and Marijuana together again, it was a definite photo opportunity, I took a lot of them while we were there. They looked extremely happy, and I hoped it would last as mine and Char's had. To be honest, in all the time I had known Eagle, I'd never seen him like this, I'm not sure about Char, but I knew it was true to my knowledge.
